When you make an enquiry
The form collects your name, mobile number, training interest, an optional note and permission to contact you. IMFIT uses these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss your training options. This form is intended for adults; parents or guardians should enquire about children’s sessions.
How your enquiry is delivered
The website uses FormSubmit to process submissions and forward them to imfit.fitness@gmail.com. FormSubmit may apply its own spam protections. See FormSubmit’s privacy information. Please do not include medical records, identification documents or other sensitive information in your note.
Optional website analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 measures visits and actions such as exploring a program, using the contact buttons, reading pages and successful form acceptance. We do not intentionally send names, phone numbers, notes or full query strings to Google Analytics. Analytics is not loaded until you choose to allow it. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. Google may process technical information and use cookies; see Google’s privacy policy.
Campaign information
After you allow analytics, limited campaign labels and the entry page may be stored in your browser’s session storage and attached to your enquiry. These help us understand which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries. Do not place personal information in campaign labels. The form works without analytics permission.
External services
When you choose a WhatsApp, Google Maps or social media link, you open that provider’s service. Its own privacy policy applies. The site does not embed a map or social media tracker automatically.
Retention and your choices
Enquiries remain in IMFIT’s contact inbox for follow-up and business administration. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing imfit.fitness@gmail.com. We will review requests and explain any information that must be retained. Your analytics preference is stored in your browser for six months.
