ANGADH · FUNCTIONAL TRAINING, EXPLAINED
Training for the life outside the gym.
Functional training practises useful movements - squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling and carrying - while building strength and conditioning. For a desk-heavy day, Angadh adds coached movement, mobility and a repeatable routine; it can support a fat-loss plan alongside nutrition and everyday habits.
A desk-heavy workday often leaves little room for varied movement. Start at your own level: a trainer helps you practise the patterns, choose the load and build a routine you can repeat.
Strength
Practise lifting and carrying with a load that fits your level.
Movement skill
Learn squats, hinges, pushes and pulls with a trainer.
Posture awareness
Build trunk and upper-back control beyond the desk.
Mobility & range
Work through a comfortable range, then progress gradually.
Stamina
Add coached conditioning to the strength work.
Fat-loss support
Combine training with nutrition and daily habits; results vary.
Every gym plan includes trainer guidance. Personal training adds a fully personalised one-to-one workout.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE
Short answers. No guesswork.
Is Angadh a group class?
No. You train individually with trainer guidance on the second floor. Shakthi is the scheduled small-group program, with up to five members per batch. Dedicated one-to-one coaching is personal training.
Do I have to choose a plan before I enquire?
No. Tell us your goal and a coach will help you compare formats. The form does not take payment or book a session.
Will Angadh correct my posture or guarantee fat loss?
It gives you coached practice in strength, movement and conditioning. Your range and technique can develop over time, but no specific posture or fat-loss outcome is guaranteed. Nutrition, consistency and individual needs also matter.
Are both floors included?
Yes. Gym memberships include access to equipment on both floors; your program determines the coaching format. Taxes are included in the listed prices.
YOUR GOAL IS A GOOD PLACE TO START
Tell us what you want to work on.
Share your goal and number in a one-minute form. An IMFIT coach will call to discuss a suitable starting point. A visit or session is confirmed by the team.
